Hello there! Thank you for taking time reading my portfolio and how I will showcase my skills.
Firstly, I am a Technical support and a Customer service professional at the same time for 11 years in an Outsourcing company. The primary task that i'm doing is to provide good and excellent customer service for those consumers who are having issues with their computer, phone, internet and tv services in US. Having said that, this opened a way to hone and develop my skills further in terms of doing admin tasks
and making sure that customer service is still being on top priority.
Some of the skills that I were able to acquire are the following:
* Fluency in the English language through oral and written communication.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Ms Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
* Flexibility in terms of schedule and in handling different types of customers.
* Knowledge in terms of hardware and software aspects of computers and other advance technology devices.
All of these are the experiences that I was able to gain on my tenure in service and I am fortunate enough to be able to have these skills through the Glory of God. I do appreciate you giving me an opportunity to share these in your organization.
