Profile Description

As an Executive Assistant, my main task is to assist my superior in his daily task including but not limited to attending meetings on his behalf.  I filter documents before I forward for his review and signature.  I prepare his presentations during meeting and make sure that all the necessary documents needed are ready.
I keep everything confidential.  To summarize, in his absence, I act as his alter ego.

For administrative works on the other hand, I filter incoming calls and documents, I keep track of my superior's calendar and remind him of his schedule for the day.  I also do documentation, file documents that are essential to the company and I prepare meeting minutes and memos.  At times, I also do errands for my boss that are personal or family related.  These happens whenever he is too busy to do it on his own, thus I do it on his behalf.  I can do multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
