from 2006 to 2009, I had worked as a telemarketer for several timeshare accounts. I make outgoing calls to residential numbers. and offer them a free vacation in exchange of their time attending a 90 minute presentation.
from 2009 up to the present i am working as a customer service/technical support representative for a local account. I handle incoming calls and support customers regarding prepaid, postpaid and broadband concerns.
