Profile Description

Strong command of the English Language - verbal and written. More specifically, on the written aspect since I have the passion to write - opinion, poems, short  stories and my learnings and realizations in my blog. Eight years of my student life was dedicated to being a campus journalist where I had the opportunity to engage myself in various press conferences and writing competitions. I was an English Teacher to foreign nationals both children and adults, and my experiences in dealing with students with different nationalities, backgrounds, ages and English levels helped me boost my confidence in speaking and social relationships. I have been working for an award-winning bank in the Philippines for more than three years as a customer service representative where I had to deal and assist different clients everyday. I am keen and organized in fixing files since I have been doing this in the customer's records in the bank. I would say, and people say that I am compassionate, because there are times when words are no longer necessary to understand how someone feels. I am goal-oriented, flexible and I do not give up easily. When one thing does not work, I analyze what happened, take the learnings and try again. I strive to reach goals and aim higher. I did transcription jobs for my university instructors for their doctorate classes and rest assured, I can do it well.
