I possess strong work ethic skills and I'm a detailed oriented type of person, I am tech-savvy and conversant with several tools that make the workspace more organized and effective. Some of those tools are, Trello, Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot CRM, etc.
I also possess the requisite experience using communication tools such as Skype, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Upgrade to see actual info, Zoom, etc.
I will be glad to have engagements thru chat or email with your customers, answer their questions, empathize, and provide quality customer service.
I have 2 years of experience working as an Administrative Office Assistant/Receptionist in The United Arab Emirates. I also work as a Sales Executive for over 8 years where I mastered customer service. Moreover, I am a graduate of the Department of Information, Communications and Technology, Digital Marketing and E-Commerce in the year 2019. With this intensive training given by the department, I gained more knowledge and skills in website management, social media management, woo commerce product listing, and other Virtual Assistant tasks. With the growing skills that I have, the eagerness to be more and to be better will always be within me.
