JOB OVERVIEW

Property In A Box - a progressive property investment company in Australia, is seeking an experienced, intelligent and professional person to operate and manage the Social Media services we provide our Affiliate network.

Your role will include two different areas:
1: Social Media Services
- Sourcing and populating Hootesuite with relevant property investing information which, in turn, populates our Affiliate's Social Media websites.
- Help coordinate Events such as Seminars, Webinars
- Create Social Media Accounts for our Affiliates - Facebook, Google Plus, Twitter and LinkedIn
- Updating daily - except for weekends.

2: Events Facilitation
- Ensure all Property In A Box events are facilitated correctly including
- Email Campaigns created
- Correct content is sourced (dates, times, locations, speakers, agenda etc)
- Marketing services are sent out on time (we send out Monthly Newsletters, weekly InfoBlasts, Monthly Webinar invitations) Additionally we run events (seminars and webinars) for our Affiliates which need to be facilitated.

You must live in the Philippines and have:
- good internet connection 3mbps or better (or be prepared to get it)
- Understand how to use Hootesuite
- Have experience with Social Media Platforms (updating, creating, managing)
- not be prone to numerous brownouts
- speak and write EXCELLENT English
- be confident and capable or communicating with our network on a daily basis
- conduct yourself in a professional manner
- have a sense of humor
- Want to work FULL TIME and have a long term career outlook
- Have background in using Emailer platforms
