Graphic Designer and Web Developer

PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE:
Looking for a full-time graphic designer with high production capabilities. Must have high knowledge and experience in both graphic design and web coding. The purpose of this role will be to develop and code landing pages, websites, logos, and advertisements. As a Graphics Designer and Web Developer, you will have the responsibility to design and develop graphics pieces. Experience in direct response advertising and web development is a plus. We already have a graphic design team and are looking to add to this team.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Graphic design of landing pages, websites, mobile pages, direct mail pieces, and advertisements
• Corrections and updates to advertising pieces (must have ‘learner’ attitude and be flexible with the look of the end design)
• Adhere to graphics schedules and budgets in order to produce high quality work for clients
• Web coding skills and prior experience
• Ability to work as a team player
• Other duties as assigned

KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
• Create high quality landing pages, websites, mobile pages, direct mail pieces, and advertisements
• Ability to code projects
• Accuracy and follow-through
• High quality work on-time and on-budget

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required Skills and experience
• Prior experience in graphic design
• Adobe Indesign/Photoshop and/or other common graphic design tools
• Web coding and web development skills including PHP, HTML5, AJAX, ASP.net, etc.
• Direct response advertising experience is considered a plus
• Ability to thrive is a fast-paced, deadline driven environment?

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Degree and/or equivalent work experience in the graphic design field
• 2+ years’ experience in graphic design
