Lead Generation Specialist / Virtual Assistant / Data Entry Specialist (Home-based)

Contract Description:
A technology company is looking for an experienced Lead Generation and Data Entry Specialist to spearhead a large, long-term, lead research project! The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our marketing and sales departments.

The Lead Generation and Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for locating leads based on provided criteria and entering accurate information for those leads in specific template files. The ideal candidate for this position is confident, experienced at locating difficult to find data online, extremely efficient, pro-active and very resourceful. Candidates should also be detail-oriented, and hard working. You must be eager to exceed our expectations. This is your chance to contract for a company that values you and your work as a necessity for growth. We don’t let good talent go to waste, so if you succeed in this contract we will contract you for many projects in the future.

This is a long-term contract.

Responsibilities:
• Locate new leads (adhering to provided specifications) for our sales team, ensuring that they are not already present in our database
• Format data according to the provided template and guidelines
• Manage the project to completion. Additional contractors may be brought in to assist you.
• Collect a minimum of 1,500 contacts per month
• Adhere to management’s instructions

Required Skills/Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience with LinkedIn
• Previous lead generation experience
• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
• Skilled in advanced internet research
• Strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel data functions, formulas and shortcut keys
• Excellent time management skills and the proven ability to work independently
• Fluency in written and oral English

Payment: $162.50 USD bi-weekly via PayPal
