Programmer

ColdFusion, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, DHTML, WordPress, and JQuery.
- Description:
- This role is a member of the technology team - development team.

- The development team handles all coding for roughly 25 different domains.
Most are using WordPress, but one is written in ColdFusion.

- We use MySQL as our repositories
- All code will be cross platform - meaning, we will not develop anything that can only run on Windows.
We are big on cross platform despite it being web based.
Prevents issues down the road if we ever need to move hosting providers.
To that end our technologies are:

- ColdFusion -- main logic site and core business site.

- CSS

- Some JavaScript

- HTML

- Some PHP (only on the Blog / WordPress sites).
- Skype is required for communications.
If you do not have a skype account (it is free) you would be required to obtain one.
Instant communication is far easier
when dealing with issues and problems than e-mail.
Too much delay.

- Each member of the team is required to sign a NDA.
Information you will be working on will be core to the business and like any business need ways to protect our method, information, clients, and approach.

- Each member is required to submit a daily snapshot of efforts performed throughout the day.
While I am building a backoffice tool to handle some of these
administrative needs for task assignment, effort management, task management, and more, until then, we will rely on progress reports.
- Each employee undergoes a 30 day performance review.
This is to help you and help us manage the business.
